Spicy and zesty shrimp tacos with a chili-lime kick, served with whole wheat tortillas.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 10 medium shrimp
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
Instructions
  1. Heat your grill to medium-high.
  2. Mix olive oil, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Grill the shrimp until translucent (about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side).
  5. Grill tortillas for a charred effect (about 20 seconds per side).
  6. Fill each tortilla with 5-6 shrimp, avocado, and cilantro, then add salsa to taste.
