Instructions
Heat your grill to medium-high.
Mix olive oil, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Grill the shrimp until translucent (about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side).
Grill tortillas for a charred effect (about 20 seconds per side).
Fill each tortilla with 5-6 shrimp, avocado, and cilantro, then add salsa to taste.
