Ingredients
Purely Elizabeth Collagen Vanilla Protein Oats (as needed)
Granny Smith Apple (to taste)
1Medjool 1-2 Dates
Goji Berries (to taste)
Labneh (to taste)

Place 1/3 cup of oats and almond milk in a microwave-safe bowl. You can adjust the amount of liquid according to your preferred consistency (more for a porridge-like texture, less for al dente oats).

Microwave the oat and milk mixture uncovered for 1 minute.

While the oats are cooking, prepare your toppings: slice an apple, and tear dates, figs, and goji berries into small pieces.

Remove the oats from the microwave and let them rest uncovered for a moment.

Spoon several heaping spoons of Labneh (a Middle Eastern cheese similar to Greek yogurt) on top of the oats.

Add your prepared toppings: dates, figs, goji berries, and apple.

Optionally, you can microwave the oatmeal bowl again to warm the apples and soften the dates.
