- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Water
- 1/2 cup Defrosted Peas
- 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup Parsley or Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Medium Lemon
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Cauliflower Rice (such as Costco Cauliflower Stir-Fry Mix)
- Coconut Aminos or Tamari Sauce
- 1 Egg Liquid Whites and whole Egg
