  • 2 Soft-boiled Eggs
  • Walnuts (to taste)
  • Butter
  • 2 Slices of Ezekiel Toasted Bread
  • Fresh Herbs (to taste)
  • Honey
  • Feta Cheese
Instructions
  1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Carefully lower two eggs into the boiling water and set a timer for just under 3 minutes.
  3. While the eggs are boiling, gather and assemble your toppings: feta cheese, fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives), butter, and honey.
  4. Toast two slices of Ezekiel bread.
  5. Spread butter and honey on one slice of toast, and top the other slice with feta cheese and herbs.
  6. Once the eggs are done boiling, remove them from the pot and place them in egg holders or cups.
  7. Sprinkle a little salt on each egg and enjoy them with the prepared toast.
