Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Smoked Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Chunky Salsa (not watery)
  • 1 slice Vegan Cheddar Cheese
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • Black Beans
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Roma Tomatoes
  • Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Vinegar
Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the egg and egg whites. Cover the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the vegan cheddar cheese.
  3. Microwave the bowl again for an additional 20-30 seconds.
