Canned Tuna
(such as Safe Catch Elite or Wild Planet)
Hard-Boiled Egg
(to taste)
Cherry Tomatoes
(to taste)
Optional: Purple Onions, Kalamata Olives
Dressing Ingredients
Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
Lemon Juice or Lemon
Salt and Pepper

Instructions
Recipe Instructions:
Open the can of tuna and drain the excess water.
On a plate or in a bowl, create a bed of arugula.
Lay the tuna on top of the arugula.
Add cherry tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg to the salad.
Optionally, you can also add purple onions and kalamata olives for extra flavor.
Dressing Instructions:
In a small bowl or jar, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the dressing lightly with a fork to emulsify it.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
