- Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Carefully lower two eggs into the boiling water and set a timer for just under 3 minutes.
- While the eggs are boiling, gather and assemble your toppings: feta cheese, fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives), butter, and honey.
- Toast two slices of Ezekiel bread.
- Spread butter and honey on one slice of toast, and top the other slice with feta cheese and herbs.
- Once the eggs are done boiling, remove them from the pot and place them in egg holders or cups.
- Sprinkle a little salt on each egg and enjoy them with the prepared toast.
