Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix in Bowl
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Kodiak Cakes pancake mix, Greek yogurt, egg, and egg whites. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  1. Add Milk
Slowly add water or almond milk (your preference) to the batter until you achieve your desired consistency. Thicker batter will result in fluffier pancakes, while thinner batter will yield flatter, more delicate pancakes. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit your taste.
  1. Continue Mixing
Continue mixing the batter until most of the lumps are gone. A few small lumps are okay.
  1. Prep the Griddle
Heat a flat griddle or large pan over medium heat. 5. Spoon about a golf ball-sized amount of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. You can cook 3-4 pancakes at a time, depending on the size of your griddle.
  1. Cook the Pancakes
Cook the pancakes for a few minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  1. Repeat this process until you've used up all your batter.
  1. Store any leftover pancakes wrapped in foil or in an airtight container.
