Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats in a food processor or blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the protein powder, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, and half of the banana (~90g) to the blender with the oats. Blend until a thick, batter-like consistency is achieved.
  3. Heat a skillet to medium/high heat and coat it with coconut oil spray.
  4. Pour the batter onto the skillet and cook each side for 60-90 seconds.
  5. Top the cooked pancakes with the remaining half of the banana (~90g).
  6. Serve with calorie-free syrup and enjoy while listening to "Banana Pancakes" by Jack Johnson.
