  1. Place asparagus to grill in oven on parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Keep temparature at 375 for 20 minutes

  1. After 10 minutes, In a pan, saute onion with vegetable broth. Mix beans with miracle rice or cauliflower rice. Add 1 tbsp coconut aminos.

  1. After asparagus is out of oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze

  1. Option to add shrimp for extra protein. If doing so sautee thawed frozen shrimp with onions at the beginning of direcions.
