  1. Open the can of tuna and drain the excess water.
  2. On a plate or in a bowl, create a bed of arugula.
  3. Lay the tuna on top of the arugula.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg to the salad.
  5. Optionally, you can also add purple onions and kalamata olives for extra flavor.

Dressing Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
