💡 One-Click Fitness — No Excuses, Just Movement
Inspired by Cloudflare’s dream of a “one-click internet,” this is my version of one-click wellness. No apps, no decisions, no scrolling. Just one tool — a Swiss ball — and one very expressive workout buddy: Labubu.
🐾 Meet Labubu: Your New Workout Mascot
If you’ve noticed a spiky little creature popping up all over your feed lately, that’s Labubu — a weirdly cute collectible character from the POP MART universe. Labubu has become a viral sensation, especially on TikTok and YouTube, where its oddball charm and expressive poses have made it the star of aesthetic shelves, toy unboxings, and now… fitness routines.
This is a total shit post by the way. This came up on my YouTube feed, and I for the record DO NOT OWN a labubu, but I can laugh really hard and burn some extra calories when I watch videos like these:
My first thought was, wouldn’t it look cute to do an AI-generated workout routine with Labubus. And so happened to coincide with me knocking out abs on a Swiss ball, in less than 5 minutes, without messing up my hair (as you know a very important thing for me).

📸 The Quick Ball Routine (aka The Labubu Workout)
4 Moves. 3 Rounds. 1 Ball.
This simple, no-fuss circuit hits your core, glutes, and stabilizers — perfect for busy days, travel workouts, or when you just want to do the thing without thinking about it.
🔁 The Labubu Swiss Ball Routine
Circuit (Repeat 3x):
- Sit-Ups on the Ball (12–15 reps)
Targets: Core, hip flexors - Ball Plank (30–60 seconds)
Targets: Abs, arms, posture stabilizers - Hip Bridge on Ball (12 reps)
Targets: Glutes, hamstrings - Back Extension Over Ball (10–12 reps)
Targets: Lower back, spinal mobility
🧠 Why It Works
- Fast: You’re done in 15–20 minutes
- Accessible: Found in any gym — or sub in a yoga ball or stability chair
- Functional: Builds core control and improves posture
- Fun: Because Labubu.
