Do your eyes hurt from looking at the computer?

First of all, go get a proper eye exam for possible reading/computer glasses. I found out that during lockdown, my right eye vision started dominating over my left eye from straining to look at a computer. Due to the strain, I was having frequent headaches in the middle of the day. I will model the new pair as soon as I get them! It’s important to have glasses that match your face shape, and I will have a piece dedicated to finding the right pair for you.

Another way to tackle those sore eyes is actually for real – EYE YOGA. This article from Elle Magazine describing the top fitness trends of 2021 has some info on that. It’s basically as simple as darting your eyes up and down and side to side. Just like other parts of your body, your eyes need exercise.

Finally, I am a big consumer of Lumify, which is covered by HSA/FSA, for combating eye redness. If however, dryness is your issue, you are going to want a brand for that purpose, like Theratears.
